Get correct MFR/MVR VALUES quickly

MFR/MVR values are important for the production process and final inspection. The automatic test procedure, which includes calculation of the results, significantly reduces costs. Accurate temperature distribution and constancy in the heating channel ensure that results can be reproduced at any time. The test load (0.325 to 5 kg) is applied manually with the IPT tester with selfoptimising temperature controller from 50°C to 300°C. Includes a range of cleaning utensils. The unit can optionally be supplied with a powered weight loader (set of weights up to 21.6 kg), built-in automatic cutter, displacement sensor to determine the melt volume rate, temperature range up to 450°C, IPT DataLogging® V6 and an analytical balance.
