Poor flow properties of plastic raw materials can impair end-product quality and disrupt production. The flow properties depend on the size and shape of the pellets, moisture rate and electrostatic charge. In compliance with ISO 6186, the unit features a flow funnel made of corrosion-proof steel with polished insides. Flow properties are determined using its exchangeable jet nozzles with sizes of 10, 15 or 25 mm.
