ESCR TESTER （Model No. 1692)

The ESCR tester is designed to be used for material testing of thermoplastic panels. It determines the material’s susceptibility to stress cracking when exposed to different test media such as soaps, wetting agents or oils at user-selected temperatures. Up to 10 test samples, each in a closable glass container, can be exposed to the test medium. Up to 46 glass containers can be maintained at the selected temperature in a water bath equipped with electronic temperature control. The tools required for preparing the test specimens are manufactured using highquality materials and consist of a stainless steel sample holder, a punch and die set, a notch device for preparing the samples, a bending clamp for bending the samples into a U shape and a transfer tool.
