Burst tests with linear pressure increase: In accordance with ASTM D 1599, this unit allows you to carry out burst tests with a uniform (linear) pressure increase. The rate of the pressure increase can be adjusted and enables the specified minimum burst pressure to be reached in the required time. In addition, this unit also offers the option of performing internal pressure creep tests and combining them with the subsequent burst test. Use the touch screen or PC to enter the parameters. All the information on the status of the tests will be clearly displayed to you onscreen. IPT CompBase® (touch screen) depicts pressure progression nice and clearly. This allows the exact procedure to be fully documented. The integrated IPT DataLogging® V6 interface once more covers virtually any state-of-the-art pressure testing requirements.
