Nikon metallographic optical lens and 0.1μm resolution grating ruler counting system ensure imaging and precision.
Smooth XY-axis movement and precise positioning
Motorized Z-axis lifting and lowering for better ergonomics, with a manual pulse fine-tuning device at a minimum displacement of 0.3μm and 3-axis zeroing digital display device, it is easily observed and measured.
It supports software imaging functions for easy report output and photo saving (optional).
