LA Series is equipped with a 1:13 high-resolution automatic coaxial light optical system, and integrates non-contact image, laser, and contact probe testing functions, which can comprehensively ensure the accuracy of two-dimensional, height, and spatial dimensions of the precision workpiece machining process. As required, it can be matched with different hardware and software to meet the different production requirements in the upstream and downstream processes of 3C, liquid crystal, medical, and semiconductor industries, and improve production efficiency.
